CitiFour Care provides customers a-call-for service when needed, or they choose from 1- 2 – 3 years coverage plans better service rates as a part of the solution purchase. CitiFour support agent will confirm the visit date & time as agreed with the customer and arrange for the right expert or technicians to attend the service call with repair parts.

The supporting engineer will check the defective device on-site at the customer’s location.  CitiFour Engineer will dedicate the time to resolve the issue of the assigned service, meet the customer’s requirements, and ensure that all systems operations are back to the optimal state.
